This little gem that one of my coworkers spotted tells me that complaints are not taken well here. Crazy.
The tension between the business interests of the conservative-industrial-complex and the Republican party is real. There is a huge amount of money to be made by selling to a segment of the country that alienates the critical middle that every party needs to occupy to remain a national force. And so the success of the movement risks the failure of the party. And the failure of the party - its permanent isolation from power - only fuels the resentment and alienation that make so much moolah.
This is the GOP's Fox problem. You ride that fox; it eats you in the end.
Película documental independiente sobre un problema de descolonización sin resolver desde hace casi cuarenta años: el Sahara Occidental. Aunque se ha rodado mucho sobre el tema, "Misión: Sáhara" ofrece un punto de vista original: la versión del conflicto desde la oposición al régimen en el interior de la potencia ocupante, Marruecos, y la odisea en forma de aventura de un grupo de jóvenes brigadistas para lograr esos testimonios.
Estos jóvenes Brigadistas equipados con cámaras de vídeo y con la colaboración de las organizaciones de derechos humanos que trabajan sobre el terreno, llevaron a cabo un programa de trabajo con diferentes enfoques y con los diferentes actores del conflicto, con el fin de presentar la situación dramática que se vive en la ex‐colonia española. El fotógrafo Carlos Mateo (Valladolid, 1985), natural de Medina del Campo, participó en calidad de cámara y fotógrafo en el proyecto sobre el terreno en el que realizó el documental
Este documental "de guerrilla" está dirigido por Arturo Dueñas (Valladolid, 1962). Licenciado en Filología Hispánica y diplomado en Cinematografía, ha sido profesor de Lengua y Literatura Españolas en las Universidades de Tartu (Estonia), Budapest, Mossoró (Brasil) y Lisboa. Organizó la I Semana de Cine Español de Tallinn y ha participado en el Festival de Teatro Escolar de Bratislava. Se formó en el Aula de Teatro de la Universidad de Valladolid y en el Centro de Investigación Actoral Espacio Abierto, el máster en Escritura de Guion de la Universidad de Salamanca y el Filmmaking Course de la New York Film Academy. Ha dirigido los cortos ‘Run, run, run’ (2007) y ‘Pucela Square’ (2008). Una copia de trabajo de su película ‘Aficionados’ se exhibió en las Proyecciones Especiales de la 54 Semana, ‘Corsarios’ en Castilla y León en Largo de la 58 Semana de Cine de Valladolid y 'Misión Sáhara' en la misma sección de la 59 Seminci.

Il problema non e’ quanto aspetti, ma chi aspetti.
Fosse stato per me l’avrei trattenuto per sempre.
Certe persone, razionalmente capisci che ti fanno male, ma non puoi liberartene perche’ nascono in te le stesse dinamiche mentali di un tossicodipendente e persino una cosa semplice come mandare un messaggio diventa oggetto di dubbi universali.
La vecchiaia e’ un posto dove vivi di ricordi. Per questo, quando sei giovane, vivi creandotene di belli.
Rimaniamo qui, sui nostri reciproci infiniti. Chi sei, come sei senza di me?
Non so nemmeno se esiste l’uomo giusto. Anzi penso che la persona giusta esiste solo se tu ci credi. Se ci credi puoi fare di quella una persona giusta.
La vita non e’ cio’ che ci accade, ma cio’ che facciamo con cio’ che ci accade. Il per sempre e’ un’illusione, noi siamo per l’adesso.
Non e’ essere se stessi che mi affascina in un rapporto a due, ma avere il coraggio di essere anche altro da se’.
C’e’ un detto indù che recita: “Non c’e’ niente di nobile nell’essere superiore a qualcun altro. La vera nobiltà consiste nell’essere superiore al te stesso precedente”.
La vita e’ la droga piu’ potente del mondo.
Non si smette di giocare perche’ si diventa vecchi, ma si diventa vecchi perche’ si smette di giocare.
Io e lei, insieme, anche se non facevamo niente, non avevamo la sensazione di perdere tempo.
Non conosco la strada per tornare indietro e non ne vedo una.
Spesso cio’ che e’ meglio non e’ quello che fa star meglio.
Era una tristezza profondamente malinconica ma serena.
