I have had some problems with some old Winsor & Newton watercolor paper. I have quite a bit of paper in my stash and want to be able to count on my meager abilities to show up as well as possible. This sheet is lovely.
There is a wide variation of tint, depending on how much water I added. The variety of effects is lovely - the oozles pushed back and formed wonderful edges. The salt also performed well. This was some old Morton's Lite Salt.
The paint moves around well. A little bit went a long way when desired and remained intense where I left it alone.

It could need a lot of work but is salvageable. If you look closely there is a "no parking" sign painted on the ground in front of the porch. This area is about four feet deep. This is on of my favorite parking scams and quite a few people try and get a way with it. The Police almost never issue a parking ticket to a car parked across a driveway, and I'm ok with that, so some folk put a no parking sign in an area where no car can fit and presto a personal parking space.
Problem is, I think populist pressure has opened the HOV lanes to a lot of non transit users, including cars with only 2 passengers. Sometimes the HOV lane is just as clogged as all the other lanes.
