The stencil's been used a lot. It's cut from a double layer of clear sticky plastic, and bits have broken, but I quite like the look of that.

There was an interruption in the filament feed for this job with only about an hour left before the part was finished. A new job was started that tried to resume printing exactly where the last job failed. The results weren't perfect, so some PVA glue was drizzled down the infill to help bind the new layers to the original layers. Not sure if this is a 'standard' technique, but we don't stand on tradition here. The final part came out strong, and a little touch-up sanding and paint will hide the blemish where the job resumed.
