Lead pigs for the type casters.

I printed last night for the first time in two weeks -- I was painfully slow. Only one color (red, obviously) completed in a time span during which I can usually do five. But I did it.

I was also very messy. I am going to go put on my bag and shower now.

Edited: Ink gone. Kinda sad... between that and the cast, I looked much tougher than usual.

Currently printing out the first 464 pages of the manuscript, 230,000 words, to begin this odyssey. Let’s see how far we get. It’s a beginning, like an armature. Time to start flinging some clay at it and see what sticks.

Just told it what dymo and size label I had, and it adjusted the format of the label for me!

The Stamp Show 2000 saw sheets of Penny Black stamps printed on-site. Blocks of four were sold in presentation packs and sales were limited to one pack per purchaser, although this restriction could be circumvented by queuing again! A limited edition of 12,000 copies, prices quickly rose to £25 per pack. Sold for £5. They now sell for £32.50.

Be sure to visit the Guildhall Art Gallery in London between 8-15 May 2010 when Joh. Enschede of The Netherlands will be reprinting the 1929 PUC £1 stamp on an intaglio printing press. There will be four demonstrations a day, but times are not currently known (mid-April 2010). This will be one of many attractions at the Empire Mail: George V & The GPO exhibition being held there by The Royal Philatelic Collection and the British Postal Museum & Archive from 7 May until 25 July. There will also be a major International Stamp Exhibition and dealers' fair, from 8-15 May 2010, at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

Looking at this gauge you can almost hear the hum of the vacuum motor.

A short video I shot for a small screen printing company called Dots based in Leeds, UK.

The tees and sweatshirts printed were for Black Wall Street, the record label of US rapper The Game.

I took some video editing classes a few years ago and this is the first time I've put what I've learnt into practice, I'd appreciate feedback on all aspects of the video.

The audio track used was produced by myself specifically for this video.

The first colour to be added was the background. It was supposed to be yellow but the yellow acrylic paint I had was a bit too bright so tried to warm it up with some red. Added too much and orange was the result.

Here the screen is raised while I line up a new sheet for printing.

It prints upside down! You can officially print in space.

this block was made from vinyl wallpaper, PVA glue, sandpaper with some cutting into mountboard. I've not cleaned enough ink off really, so it's a bit blobby!
