The venerable Frisco 1630, which had some leaks which needed to be plugged, gets going to the delight of the Illinois Railway Museum customers. Here, the train heads to the siding in front of the depot, getting ready to pick up passengers.
On a recent trip to visit my sister, I had the chance to go out their farm and shoot. They have added chickens to their livestock list. Trying to shoot chickens that are not in their pen is difficult since they move around in very a unpredictable fashion. This is "Pretty Boy" and indeed he is quite an impressive rooster.
I saw this fabulous umbrella outside a shop on one of the backstreets of Naples. What it lacks in practicality it more than makes up for in style.

The dress and bag were so pretty! But they were expensive. We're not sure, but they may have said 600?!!
I love cheetahs, well for that fact all big cats but there is something about cheetahs that I find fascinating. I remember having the change to pet one when I was young and thinking it was just like a large house cat. (It was owned by a zoo owner that had made a pet of it and took it with him when he did public speaking events.)
Activity appears pretty wild as approx 5.5m spills over the crest at the Paradise Dam. During the previous day, a spill height of about 9m was experienced, causing a noticeable surge down stream particularly around Booyal Crossing.
