We would like to be able to access the Leisure Centre from the Gaskell Grounds - safer for the children.

Elderly housing needs. Any bungalow. Starter homes, no silly too small rooms, definitely no ECO, Drainage and flooding a priority.

Houses need to be affordable in all senses Cost of purchase/rent. Cost to run Cost to planet in terms of building and running Cost to local infrastructure

Post-its lighting test with myself

Doing a photoshoot and wanted to test my lighting plan. I plan to use a colored background (accomplished here by sticking a Post-It note onto my strobe) and my homemade ringlight (made out of a pie tin) for the key light.

Very happy with the effect.

The affordable homes in Lady Forester Gardens are far, far too near to the main road. The are in fact dangerous. I assume young families will live there, a toddler opening the front door will be under a large lorry in no time. Absolutely dreadful.

Obviously we more "starter homes" and social housing more than anything else. I feel we are becoming a "retirement town".

How can we create jobs in the green economy. New jobs that arise from being a truly sustainable community. E.g. dealing with our own waste and creating our own energy.
