Housing Comments - Core Strategy framework sets a range from 0 to 500 in Much Wenlock between 2006 and '26. Options of 250+ should be considered, bearing in mind over 80 ?? Have already been built or committed. New housing for sale will attract "CIL" at £40/sq m (typically £3,500 - £4,500 per dwelling) 90% of the CIL will be allocated for local decision making on community infrastructure needs in the Much Wenlock Place Plan Area. So for example 50 market buildings could yield £200,000 for the community through CIL. New housing sites under core strategy policies will be required to deliver a proportion of new affordable housing. The type/tenure mix can be discussed in detail. The design can ensure the properties are "tenure blind" and suitably integrated. Development industry is keen to be involved in identifying deliverable options. Post-its lighting test with myself
Doing a photoshoot and wanted to test my lighting plan. I plan to use a colored background (accomplished here by sticking a Post-It note onto my strobe) and my homemade ringlight (made out of a pie tin) for the key light.
Very happy with the effect.
Enjoy my cheekiness.
