Enslövs Kyrka - Enslöv's Church - this post card was sent to me by my Aunt Elsa. It is a photograph of the church my grandmother, Victoria Nilsdotter (Nelson) Tillman attended when she was growing up.

This wonderful card is from Kelly A. and is one of her Texas Series - "Alamo." It is the second card I have received in this exchange. It reminds me of my trip to New Mexico last year and the adobe buildings I saw. The sense of place is conveyed in her shapes and judicious use of the suggested bricks and rocks on the building. Kelly left a nice white border around the painting but my scanner wouldn't pick it up. Also, there is a bit of each vertical side missing due to my inexperience with the process of uploading. A wonderful addition to my growing collection of post cards!
