在陡斜的山坡上急步而下

心跳也不知不覺的快速起來

口舌剛才不住贊嘆高峰上的壯闊

現實便已經催促肢體登上狹長的列車了

坐在鄰座上的一位老人

每個周末同樣的往山上獨行

滿頭華髮之下還是筆直的腰肢

也許自得其樂就是他的人生

看起來飽經辛勞的右手

拿著軍刀把水果切開

只不過普通的一點粗糧

也是日子帶來的美滿豐收

下午的陽光漸漸鍍上金黃

移動的景色越是令人引頸張望

柔和地映照著換上秋衣的葉子

夾在常綠的高松中隨風輕蕩

濃濃秋色 何必蘸上太多

一點提示便告知季節飄過

寂寞晚年 哪怕孤苦無助

越過高山以俯視日月如梭

到爛漫青春離去之秋

昔日友伴不再留守身旁的時候

容許我獨個到這山頭再走

笑看景色和氣力是否足以讓身心無憂
