I was watching 'The Stand' when this was taken, that's a really intense movie. It was a series of four shows and followed the book really well. I missed it when it was first out.

The fall meeting for the Center for Positive Organizations' Consortium was hosted by Team Detroit. The day-long agenda focused on thriving, an individual’s experience of vitality and learning, and how it is useful in the workplace. Individual sessions were led by U-M Ross Professor Gretchen Spreitzer; Leah Weiss, the director of Contemplative Education at HopeLab; and Michelle Segar, the director of the Sport, Health, and Activity Research and Policy Center. A panel of consortium members from the University of Michigan Health System, Conco Services Corporation, and the Newmind Group rounded out the day.
