I'm not a fan of photography in museums, but those harsh "no photography" signs kill my art buzz. The Whitney takes a different (and delightfully positive) approach, only implying where you can't by telling you where you can.
Series of photos taken during Sep 2022 - Oct 2022. In China, the government insisted the zero Covid policy strictly, requiring people get negative Covid test results if they would like to take any public transportation or enter into any public places such as shopping malls, restaurants and offices. In Shanghai, people need to get tested at least every 72 hours. If positive tests results were identified, the whole area where the patient lives as well as people who have close contacted with him/her will all be quarantined strictly. If the patient used to go to a restaurant or bar, all other restaurants or bars nearby as well as the places patient used to visit will all forced to be closed down. Such strict actions have impacted the operations of many catering and entertainment services.

To rectify the disastrous effects of climate change positive alternatives to fossil fuels, such as electric transportation, are essential.
Similarly, in our spiritual quest, we require a positive alternative to illusory desire.
While some try to abandon all desire, the bhakti yogi knows that desire, like everything, has a misuse and a proper use.
Naturally, when we misuse something it becomes a cause of suffering, but when we find its proper utilization the same thing that caused us pain becomes a source of pleasure.
And so it is with desire.
While material desire is the cause of our suffering, that same desire energy, when aimed at the pleasure of the Supreme, becomes the catalyst for spiritual bliss.
Bhakti yoga, the top rung on the yoga ladder, introduces us to the world of perfect desire, in harmony with nature and our supreme source.
We always have choices. We are a positive inspired office. If you are positive you want to get well, call us, and we will do everything possible to make that happen for you. Call us today. 925-484-3472.

And this is after the tow truck guy chipped enough of that white stuff off it to enable a jump start last night.
Playing around with my Mamiya RB67 and FP-100c instant film. This photo is the positive side of the exposure. It required about a 3s exposure - and the Mamiya lens only goes up to 1! I had to then cover the lens with its cap, twist the time scale back to 1, and hear the shutter close. Loads of fun. The other photo is the one that is from the negative, this is the positive. via 500px 500px.com/photo/55123942
