Talking of the so-called Brides of ISIS who have allegedly taken their children to Syria. Met an Asian guy on the Clayton Omnibus the other day who put it all down to the custom of arranged marriages where there was a bit difference between the levels of education of the partners.
What do I know ? I think it is probably a better general explanation than some of the erudite and emotional drivel which the media have subjected us to of late. I would also suggest that so called radicalisation is a product of denominational education.
I fail to understand the degree of media coverage generated by this story. Had they have absconded to Malaya would there have been any interest shown?
