2015 was a lot a first step for me and as much as I found them slightly nerve racking, I am glad I took them. This year I am going to take more bigger steps and when I spotted this, I think it just summed up my frame of mind!

I love the way she writes, as asides from a photographer, she is also a freelance writer.
Sharing a common love for interior decoration, styling & photography & an approach to rather minimal spaces with a touch of vintage {and a huge love for natural tones & materials!}, her posts couldn't have been fitting better the blog's outline... am all happy feelings about this therefore, marking new beginnings & a new season that just begun.

the emulsion seems to flake of easy so only short rinse was given.
As you stroll by lovely La Jolla Cove walk in San Diego you will pass by this public art lifeguard phonebooth that takes inspiration from the marine life and surfers in this area. In this day of cell phone and ipods its not used for rescue purposes but stands as a reminded to all the beauty you will encounter on your walk. It is indeed euphoric, restorative, timeless, with sea lions, buoys, surfers, and happy children. Be sure to visit there is even free parking though it may take a while to find a spot. A gem of a walk in southern California.

This strike occured on the outside of the thunderstorm and was likely a positive strike of lightning. Check out how thick the bolt is at its center. A few elevated thunderstorms put down a few close and powerful shots of lightning. Despite the apeture in the f8 to f11 category some of the strikes were still overexposed. Picture was taken around 5am on August 7, 2011.
