The only time there's ever been a pool at Oakdale! Ricky Poo built it out of cut off bits of timber when he was building the fence (in the background). Dad was obviously hogging it!
This is a pool built for dogs... aren't we currently in a recession?? Someone forgot to tell that to the guy who just opened this pet resort.
This place was actually really nice with decent prices. I don't know how it will turn a profit, but if it does, more power to them.
The pool at the El Cordova Hotel was small but pretty. We couldn't use it the first two days we were there. Some tiles were being replaced around the pool's edge, so it was closed.
We bought the paddling pool a few weeks ago in an 'end of summer' sale for £2.50, and put it away, not expecting to use it this year. We've already had our moneys worth as I think you will agree she seemed to enjoy herself!

Swimming pool maintenance requires a good amount of manpower and hours of time. This pool is really hot. You can hard-boiled the eggs in seven minutes. We boiled 15 eggs and ate them all in two days.

Dubai Day 6 - I had most of the day to myself because Dad took Jules to a hospital to make sure Jules hadn't broken anything after his fall down the stairs. After the storm the pool was full of sand so had to be emptied and refilled this is the day it was full again so spent a majority of my day swimming and sunbathing. I also went to Saeed's house in Naad Al Sheeba (Just outside of Dubai City) but forgot to take my camera!
