the scene from the color of money where vincent (tom cruise) first meets grady seasons was filmed at chris's on the north side of chicago. adds a whole different dimension to playing in that room.
This pool which is attached to the ocean fills up when there's high tide and holds in the water during low tide. Pretty smart if you ask me.

Arbroath's swimming pool opened in June, 1934, with more than 4,000 spectators in the packed seats. The ceremony was conducted by The Earl of Strathmore, The Arbroath Herald said at the time that much of the available roof space was also in use.
