I knew I'd shot too much headroom in the previous photo, so I took another. Better expressions in the first, I think.
Just back from a family holiday in Cyprus. Had my D3100 but just the kit lens and was just snapping really. This shot, taken next to the hotel pool just after sunset, turned out quite well.
I remember back in 2006, is saying we were gonna jump in the pool if it rains. Ten years later and it's finally happened. Would have preferred sun and sea, but I'm all for making the best of a crap situation.
New camera is waterproof... Water sprinkles on my feetOur backyard pool, enough to cool off on these hot days without the cost or upkeep of a normal pool.
The pool and decks provide the perfect oasis for days when you want to just relax and take in the gorgeous vistas.
The library hosted a swim party for all kids 6-18 who had read over 30 books in the Texas Reading Club. There was fun in the Friendswood pool, plus grilled hot dogs by the Boy Scouts and popsicles for everyone!
