Taken on a walk around the neighbourhood.
There's a funky little paddling pool near our house that I didn't know was there.
Emerald Pool Falls is one of five waterfalls found along the Brook Walk trail in the Castle in the Clouds Conservation Area. - Moultonborough, New Hampshire
The Fullerton Bay Hotel rooftop pool has a spectacular view of the city... Over the background is the Marina Bay Financial Centre. There are 3 other views to explore. Unfortunately tripods not allowed and you'll need to be a guest.

This is the photo I used as the pool water overlay for my Pool Shark image. (It's been cropped a bit here). I set it in a "hard light" layer mode with a decreased opacity and placed the shark photo on top of it using the "multiply" mode in layers. There was a lot more to it than this, but I can't reveal all the details. To be perfectly honest, I really can't remember them all. 😉

the pool at the bottom of Little Falls, Bunya Mountains, Queensland, Australia. They are 'Little' Falls at the moment - only a trickle going over the edge.
The website for Malibu Creek State Park describes the park like this in its opening paragraph:
Considered the recreational crown jewel of the Santa Monica Mountains, Malibu Creek State Park has over 8,000 acres of rolling tallgrass plains, oak savannahs and dramatic peaks. It's no wonder many call it "The Yosemite of Southern California".
The park was owned by 20th Century Fox from 1946-1974, and portions of classic movies like Planet of the Apes, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, M*A*S*H, and have been filmed in and around here.
Rock Pool is now a place where kids hang out on summer weekends and jump off the cliffs into the water -- even though it's specifically prohibited on signs. This lone tree got some nice afternoon light on it and its reflection was framed nicely by these two rocks in the foreground.
There is always that person that likes to splash those people that are chillin' in a controlled manner...people floating somewhere between half wet and half dry. I am the chillin' type. So if I get splashed, be prepared to be submarined.

Situated in Estoril, next to the train station, the Tamariz Beach is the most cosmopolitan in Cascais area. Detached from the Estoril Casino’s beautiful Gardens by the Marginal Road and the train, Tamariz Beach is one of the tourist centres in the region, with several bars and clubs. It is a quite comfortable beach for those using public transportation.
The beach is not provided with a car parking of its own, therefore it is common in summer time that all the areas around the beach are crowded.

Champagne Pool is a hot spring located within the Waiotapu geothermal area in the North Island of New Zealand. The name Champagne Pool is derived from the constant efflux of carbon dioxide gas, similar to a glass of bubbling champagne. The vibrant colors come from a rich deposition of minerals and silicate. The silicate structures around the edge of the pool is teeming with microbial life.
Chromatic Pool in Upper Geyser Basin, Yellowstone National Park. The pool is linked to nearby Beauty Pool, so that when the water level of one pool drops, the other rises.
