England rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio relaxes with other team members during a recovery session in a swimming pool in Courbevoie October 14, 2007. The team were relaxing after their Rugby World Cup semi-final win over France on Saturday.

Other side of the pool and slide. Vacation, San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I set the camera up on a tripod and took a photo of the pool, and then stood on a ladder for a secondary stationary shot. Then in photoshop, I overlay the two images and erased the ladder.

This is the pool I swim at 3-4 nights a week for my training. It's open from 7-9pm and it's a great pool...not too crowded. I haven't had to share a lane yet, even in the busy season (early fall when triathlons are into full swing). I bring my kids here in the summers as well, for it has a few water slides, diving boards, basketball hoops and a lazy river. It only costs me $1.50/swim. In the evening, they jam great music to listen to.

Many of you may not know that I try to do something each day, whether it be swimming, cycling, running. Some days I do two of the disciplines. I'm consistent with rotating all three again and will find the next triathlon to do. I swim rain or shine and in any kind of weather. Right now, the temperatures are in the 40-50s at night...I still go.

Swimming is my favorite of the three. I've always loved the water and it's great to swim in the night with the moonlight.

I've been wanting to get a shot of this place. I'll add more soon.

The bar in the round, part is on the beach and the other part in the pool. This place is private and expensive.

She had a happy day at the pool yesterday :) Its nice to be out of the restrictive Thunder-shirt in our hot weather and felt great cooling off in the pool.

How not to love pool parties! Well, I'll tell you! My dearest friends threw me in the pool fully aware I had a cold and took no extra clothes. Hmpf!

The boys wanted to try out the pool, even though it was only 70 degrees out.
