In the winter pools suddenly appear in the grass, reflecting the sky and the trees. It's easy to see how our ancestors saw these as places between our world and that of the supernatural, places where spirits might live. As twilight draws in and all goes quiet you realise that just maybe, they were right...
At our usual Friday evening swim lessons. In my 20s wouldn't have imagined THIS is how I'd be spending Friday nights!

We had this fashion show around the pool, last May and had also this interesting shot near the handrails of the pool's ladder.

In the upper McKenzie Valley the McKenzie River goes underground for 3.5 miles.. It comes up here in Tamolitch pool, where the water is more blue than I have seen anywhere..Pretty amazing place..And don't go the way I went, stick to the trail :)
Container 8x16 "Pool" opens like a book. On the one side you have the pool with with pump, filter, control panel, etc. under the stairs. On the other side there is the storage for the sunlounger, table, sunshade, lamps.
