Here they are in all their uber-primitive, extremely raw glory. These start as sections of 6ga wire. I found something that would hold them straight and beat the snot out of the tops. I groove them for the o rings-- which are not provided with the plugs-- and tumble and file them.
6ga, 7/16ths of an inch long(12mm), 1/4 inches (7mm) in diameter.
