I just returned from a quick trip to this Smokies this weekend with my Flickr pal, Anthony. We had nice light on Saturday morning and we shot several different falls during our hike. Anthony was on his waterfall A-game and scoped out all of the best vantage points, including this one. I should have just given him my camera and taken a nap :) I also discovered that Anthony can jump really high. He put on his jumping and dancing skills when he put his foot down about 6 inches away from a timber rattlesnake laying in the trail. Sadly, I did not get my camera out in time to take a picture of the jump so you will have to take my word for it.
