Creation of an ornament with handmade Toile-de-Jouy pattern.

Similar to my painted skateboard, I enjoy creating unique ashtrays/trinkets out of air dry clay as gifts. I enjoy forming new ideas and making interesting ashtrays.

A series of experiments inspired by the work of Emma Gale, for ideas on how to illustrate the birds for my handcrafted poetry book.

This sample is a imitation of another fabric. Using polyester-chiffon and polyester-silk, I created a tear-drop effect with pearl coloured beads.

I believe a lot of my work is statement pieces, I have a wide view on the world and how I decide to convey my message. Within this piece I was talking about the similarities between a female and male body. Along with this piece I had a male of the same medium, they were placed side by side as my final piece of my first year. I took an inspiration from Yves Klein and Tracey Emin, this was indicating the similarities yet the massive divided with equality that women face - though the only different between us is our sexual organs.

Primary Ideas for my Personal Project on Tattoo Design. October 2010

This is 1 image I have created in response to researching Cindy Sherman's Untitled Film Stills in my own time. I have decided to put together a modernised series of creative film stills inspired by her work. This particular image is representing one of the film genres (action) which the modern world women have taken a more dominant role. However this is a work in progress.

The "Pumper Unit 101", being about 40 years old, is oldest fire truck in the No. 1 Fire Hall. This truck is usually only used in drills, when one of the other vehicles are under maintenance, or under extreme emergencies. - November 24th, 2010
