I took this picture of a treeline in my local park, I really liked how long the pathway seemed to go.
Better known as the "Quad" to all those who attend The University of Washington in Seattle.......
I liked the perspective standing at the top of the brick stairway looking down the path into this beautiful setting surrounded by Yoshino Cherry trees.........Even though I was a week early and missed the full bloom it was wonderful to catch none the less............!
I even got to practice my cloning skills as this area was filled with people when I took this shot.........:)
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.........!!!!!!!

I have started shooting in RAW mode now, as I have recently been accepted as a contributing photographer to a New Zealand website that sells images to advertising companies, the public, TV, and basically anyone else who wants to purchase them. It is a requirement that RAW mode be used and converted later to jpg, so i'm giving it a go.This is my first image available and the website is Mychillybin.co.nz. Its all about kiwiana and the New Zealand way of life. The beach is a huge part of our lives and these paths are very recognisable over the entire country.

This summer I added a new pathway from the woods in the back toward the garden and screened in porch. I found these cute foot stepping stones, but the dealer only had left feet remaining with no more coming in since they'd been discontinued. I grabbed all eleven feet, painted their toenails, & created this Left Footed Path! 😍🙋♀️

As pathways are opened to us, we make decisions either to walk through or turn around.
I've decided to walk through with an open heart and I've started another home based business...what can I say, I like to challenge myself.
My visits to Flickr have been fewer as I jumped into this new venture with both feet. I'm hoping things will settle in soon. I'll be posting less often but don't count this kid out completely.
Thanks for so much support and kindness. I truly appreciate you all!!
Lots of leaves and lots of sunshine along the pathway!
Stay Safe and Healthy Everyone!
Thanks to everyone who views this photo, adds a note, leaves a comment and of course BIG thanks to anyone who chooses to favourite my photo .... Thanks to you all!
The Hell Gate Pathway is a pedestrian and bike path that runs through the monumental arcade, connecting to the larger waterfront pathway system that circles the Island. The northern end of the Pathway leads across the Bronx Kill by crossing to the South Bronx Greenway and onward to the larger Bronx Borough Greenway.

"Pathway to Neahkahnie" - 22" x 30" Watercolor
Mount Neahkahnie is just south of Cannon Beach, Oregon. I did the short hike one morning before painting in Cannon Beach. The fog and the sunlight shining through the fog were quite interesting. I did this painting from memory when the scene was still fresh in my memory.

From Ochrwyth to Machen to Home the sunrise was no better or worse than previous attempts so changed to the macro lens , one day i will get some clouds at a certain tree for sunrise . `staying local now for 2 months is proving challenging for locations , i need the coast .
