Walk back in time and see over 100 classic cars and vehicles from the 1920s onwards. Set in a replica of a 1940s cobbled village street, you can view an assortment of vehicles including motorbikes, cars, vans, military and agricultural vehicles some of which have even been used in films and TV programs, such as ITV's "A Great Welsh Adventure" with Griff Rhys Jones.
We have a Cafe on site, (Cafe Nain), featuring local produce. a play area with outside seating and panoramic views of Snowdonia.

These towering, wind-sculpted sandstone walls feels like stepping onto an entirely different planet.
The central sandy pathway acts as a powerful leading line, drawing the viewer's eye from the bottom of the frame deep into the background.
The composition utilizes a natural "V-shape" framed by the canyon walls. While not perfectly symmetrical, the opposing rock faces balance each other well.
The inclusion of small desert shrubs in the foreground provides a subtle sense of scale, hinting at the massive height of the cliffs.
The image was captured under direct, intense sunlight, creating deep, dark shadows on the left canyon wall and brightly lit surfaces on the right.
The dynamic range is pushed to its limits. The extreme contrast between the shaded crevices and the sun-bleached sand creates a very graphic, high-impact look.
The image relies heavily on a classic warm-versus-cool color contrast. The rich, terracotta oranges and sandy beiges of the rocks vividly contrast against the vibrant cerulean blue sky.
The photograph successfully captures the raw, rugged essence of a desert canyon. It uses a strong perspective that makes the viewer feel as though they are standing right at the entrance of the trail.
The trail requires some scrambling, so sturdy, enclosed footwear with good traction is essential.

Those of you who have been with me for quite awhile know there were some tough times, but I'm very happy to say I celebrated making it 5 years after all the yucky treatments and that's what they call cancer free... yay! Thanks to all of you for your friendship and support - I truly have so much to be grateful for! ♥︎
Not all pathways are created equal. Some are a little more messy, a little more rough, and a little less travelled. It is funny where our travels bring us and what we as individuals are drawn to. Not everyone sees the beauty or the merits of our choices but like a kid in a candy store, some things are just hard to resist.
If there is anything I’ve learned in life its doubters be damned. Cliche as it is, beauty, after all, is in the eye of the beholder. And on that note, I’m going to take a path well travelled and sit my butt in an office chair and stare at the markets for a bit before I set out on my next journey. Have a great weekend all!

I love winter in Colorado! This is one reason why ... walking on the Colorado National Monument on a snowy, foggy day is heaven. (well, ANY day up there really!)

Walking by myself, the day sure was grand. The trees greeted me like old friends, as the pathway reached toward a beckoning vanishing point.
