This is a famous statue of Walt and Mickey that sits at the end of Main Street right in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle.
The rain poncho and the raindrop on the lens give clues as to WHY there was no line in front of the "partners" statue, and yes this was a timer shot with my tripod, which I normally would not try in this location as it would be a trip hazard, but the rain had made this area EMPTY at 11:30ish am in the morning.
