The historic Lime Kilns in Grafton, WI form a backdrop for the seventh annual Paramount Blues Festival.
This is an announcement sign at the major intersection of the property where "Paramount Movie Park Korea" is supposed to be built (who knows if it ever will, this announcement not withstanding).
I was creative director for this park during its initial concept phase in 2006/2007. I took this out the window of my taxi during another business trip (for a different project) this year.

Paramount Cars Ltd, was a British car made between 1950 and 1956.
Price was an uncompetitive £1009 and production ceased in 1956 after about 70 cars had been made.
