Abstract macro image of paper, part of the set Paper.
Plain white printer paper was used. Typically the sheets were folded and bound together with elastic bands to make shapes. Lighting was provided by a desk lamp and torch - sometimes from above, sometimes below or sometimes alongside.
Post processing for the series was in Lightroom, for contrast and (in some cases) to use a negative light-curve.
Here is version two of my paper snowflakes - the whole collection on my now greasy window panes.
It was fun, but I must say, my hands and fingers are aching from making those tiny cuts!

Paper Aeroplanes have been a fascination of mine since I was little. I used to sit in my room for hours and make dozens and dozens of them - this was of course, before I became aware of paper origami, but that's another story.
