One of our AS Textiles had fun creating paper hats inspired by the Stephen Jones 'My Beautiful Paper Hat' template
acne paper, each issue of Acne Paper is created around one key idea- a timeless that in various ways touches all those working in the creative fields regardless of age, cultural background or social status.
Here's one of the textures I used to decorate the house. I drew a checkerboard with pencil on paper first, scanned it, loaded it into PhotoShop, then I duplicated the layer, rotated it, and played with the transparency to get the bumpy 3-D effect.
One thing to note is that I didn't have all of these textures at the ready when I started. They came about as I worked. Whenever I needed something different, I just sat down an made it :)
I made this paper bag Journal for my daughter. She is a photographer so I took some of her original studio water photos of flowers that she had done in a fish tank, printed them on ruled paper, bound them with twine in a paper bag cover, used double faced tape to make a pocket on the inside front cover to hold a pencil/pen, printed front cover photo on canvas, mounted it and added photo corners and as a final touch placed some clips on each section so it would be easy to find what you are looking for . . . she loves it!
A vendor was selling these paper stars. They come in all colors (you can see a blue one just above the person's head) and sizes. They collapse down to nothing for easy transport.
Another idea coppied from Jeff. I have been working on this for a couple of months trying to get the lighting the way I wanted it. I finally go the light to pass through the blinds properly.

This was another assignment for my art class. We had to draw three paper airplanes. I wanted to make the assignment more fun so I drew on the pieces of paper with different colored pens before I asked my dad to make them into airplanes. I can't fold paper.
