This picture was part of my road trip project. It shows the stress of packing. The way you disorganize your room to find the clothes you want to bring. How you try to stuff it all in you suit case.
Documentation of us slowly and laboriously packing of all our stuff in boxes (minus the gazillion bags of things that have gone to Goodwill or the trash), followed by the professional movers' much more efficient loading of our things out of the condo and into an LA-bound truck! It's now oh-so-empty in here...

RIBB is partnering with Kampong Kapor FSC to bless 30 low income households. Our boys prepared the hampers but owing to
COVID-19 restrictions, they are unable to
distribute the gifts.
We asked our Alumni to help with distribution.

More of a Zen thing... much more intriguing than a single plastic bag in the wind, and the stereo sound of thousands of packing peanuts dancing on the road was something to remember.
Hate, hate, hate packing. Packing from Missouri to Colorado, Colorado to Alaska. I'm moving back for the summer..or longer. We shall see.
Day one of this 365 venture-- try for fewer snapshots, and more creative expansion. After all, that's what this is for, right? Doing things with myself that most people won't let me do to them. :)

Sadly, I lost this round.
I ended up leaving a couple of clothes, bags and purses. My sister will just put them inside the next balikbayan box to Manila. Knowing how busy she is (specially now that nobody would be around to look after the kids), they would probably get to Manila in time for Christmas.
As some of my friends on here know Where I live is not a home and has never been for me. Due to this and my daughter's health I am moving my daughter and myself to Florida. I feel like I have failed for the 1st time as a military spouse but as a mom I feel like this is the only choice I have left. I am sure over the next 2 weeks you will see more moving pics
Actually, this wall in Angkor Thom is packing six trunks, and dozens of apsaras -- dancers -- in bas relief.

100 kg rice and croceries, enough to feed two families for almost 3 months for a bit more than 100 U$ !
This is it. All I carried to Mexico is here. One backpack that fits in the overhead (taking less room than most carry-ons) and a tiny over-the-shoulder pack for papers, a book and a camera.
Nobody thought I could do it.
