Primary Moult Score
In order to be able to track the advance in the moulting process of the primaries, each primary can be given a value. This value ranges from 0 (for old, not yet replaced feathers) to 5 (for new and fully grown feathers). By adding up all the values for each primary, a final score can be determined for an individual at each stage of the moulting process. This score can then be compared to the scores of other individuals or against the time of year. This way, it can be determined whether or not the moulting process is on track, advanced or retarded.
The values that can be given are:
0 = old feather (not yet shed)
1 = shed or just growing
2 = one quarter
3 = half of the length
4 = three-quarter length
5 = fully grown
In the second-calender year Black-header Gull in the image above (taken August 1, 2009), P1 to P6 have been replaced and are fully grown, P7 is half-size, P8 has been shed and P9 and P10 are still the first-generation primaries. This results in a Primary Moult score of 34 (P1=5, P2=5, P3=5, P4=5, P5=5, P6=5, P7=3, P8=1, P9=0, P10=0).
Handpenruiscore
1 = Missend of net groeiende
2 = 1/4 volgroeid
3 = half volgroeid
4 = 3/4 volgroeid
5 = volgroeid

Really enjoyed the artistry of these antique door knobs/locks; additionally wanted to show the "ugly replacements" the University chose when they broke down

Shallow DOF, Shoes
I love that photo! It was right before the sunset, so the light was beautiful and because of the shallow depth of field it looks great in the background. Furthermore I wanted to capture the frozen berry.
I took some nature photos and captured the deep green leaves on one of the trees in my backyard. I wanted the leaves on the tree to be in focus in the photo and the rest of the background to be out of focus. I applied the shallow depth of field in photography in this photo. The photo was taken on 5/31/19 at 7:30 a.m. The focal length is 75.0 mm. The ISO is 100. The shutter speed is 1/250. The aperture is 7.1.

Tangled in the Holy Spirit
I may have botched this one and may have to retake it. But what I was doing was taking a picture of a porcelain statue I had in my room, and it was holding an old piece of costume jewelry, an iron rose necklace. The reason I gave the picture its title was that roses represented the holy spirit. So, I tried to make the rose as visible as possible. Unfortunately, it was a white statue, so I had to put it up against a black cloth, not much to blur.

My intent was to create a promotional shot for the candle by using additional candles, red fabrics, and liquids to establish a scene. I wanted to create a story within the image with the hopes of receiving a reaction or causing some type of feelings in the viewer.
