This is a view of the fortress Lovrijenac from the walls of the Old City in Dubrovnik. You can get a closer look at, and in the fortress, but we didn't have time during our visit. Shot on Eastman XX 5222 with an Olympus OM 4Ti and a 50mm f/1.8 MIJ.

This year, right after Easter, the weather was oh so pleasant. Much like a preamble to summer. Delicious nights. On this vacation, I could not resist the urge, I had to sacrifice some much needed sleep to try a shot. And here it is. Dogs were barking but at least, my tripod was not shaking 😀

Anyway.

It would have looked better on slide film, just like last year but colour negatives were all I had.

Oh and I "brushed" the trees with my iPhone's lamp for one minute at full power, give or take.

Thanks for looking :)

Welcome to this week’s EMULSIVE interview. Today I’m welcoming Darren Kelland into the fold with his signature style of Long exposure black and white photography.

If you’re looking for a splash of colour, don’t fear, I managed to squeeze a rare frame from him which you can see below.

Over to you,...

The setting of ISO 125 seemed to work well here and use the + or - when needed. Flickr would not allow me to do 7 uploads at one time so here's the other 3

Nice white for contrast and this film did well with a pyro developer.
