Whenever there are large waves or stormy conditions forecast I usually head to the coast to see what Mother Nature is up to. There's nothing like being up close to the power and beauty of the ocean.

Our rescue cat Katy, winter 2021. We got her from a shelter after her previous owner had died. She's diabetic with cataracts and when we got her she was in poor condition. Six months later and her diabetes is in remission, her coat is much better and she's much more playful. Her miaows have always been silent but she's learnt to communicate by trilling.
