I've been keeping a pocket journal now for about 30 years. I number them when I retire them. The one in my pocket now will be number 59, so I guess I go through about two a year. I don't understand how people who don't have notebooks in their pockets stay alive.
Chameleon Notebook customized by Jackie Poutasse TJBookarts. The flap is soft enough to be folded behind the last insert so it's not in the way when I'm writing.

For my upcoming dissertation I will have to do a lot of research, so to motivate myself to do it I made a special notebook. The pages are partly printed preparation, partly scrap paper I had at home from various old notebooks and school exercise books.

Includes 47 sheets of semi-dense white drawing paper. May be used as well for writing a as for drawing or sketching.
The cover is wrapped with polyester fabric.Journal is bound with ribbon. It is a great pleasure to hold this book in hands and write in it.

At first I bought him all blue and black. And then his sister informed me that would result in the wrong notebooks being taken to class. I am glad that someone around here has some back-to-school sense!
