When you're playing the piano, those little symbols like arrows are there to remind you to take notice of them, and play those notes hard enough to emphasize them.
You can tell whether a person is seeing these tiny musical symbols important or not when they're playing.
This principle is easy -
If you care about them, you'll take them into serious consideration, and try to perform them well ;
If you don't care about them, well, then I don't think you'll spend any of your thoughts on them. You may just see them as some meaningless stuffs.
That's what "importance" means.
Then do you know how important you are to me?
I'm sure a nice nut, er, umm...note will wipe the pout right off her face.

The P.S. was referring to a joke from 30 Rock we watched last night (when Jenna's stalker leaves her a note saying there's a surprise for her in her bathroom.)
But really, he had cleaned his room with no one asking him to do it. Miracle of miracles.

Actually, it's a note left for us on the table at the cottage, where we (unfortunately) have to do something about the mice, and as much as I would rather leave a live trap - they would be doomed to a slow death as there is too much time in between visits.
I like to leave notes on the front of my office door in case someone comes looking for me. This, however, is the back of my office door, where I keep the notes that I seem to use over and over. Quite a nice collection. My favourite is the somewhat out-of-place pink post-it that says in tiny writing that you can't see here: "humbly submitted for your approval" (I'm waiting for someone to fill it in while I'm away...)

Cameraphones are getting really rather usable. My current phone, a Samsung, has an 8 MP sensor, and, while not producing image quality anywhere near equal to my old 8 MP Canon 20D, I could certainly blow this image up to 12x10 and it'd probably look indistinguishable.
