Wow, what can I say? 2011 was full of surprises. I can honestly say that at the beginning I was unsure of what I could accomplish in 365 days but I’ve surpassed all expectations that I had set for myself. The theme for 2011 was to not be afraid of experiencing new things. In result I’ve stepped on European and South American soil for the first time. Also I got to be on set on two big movie productions and I've met a lot of new wonderful people along the way. To top it off, I I currently get to work in a trade that I love.
So much has happened and I really can’t ask for much more. For once I am completely comfortable with the person that I am today. I was able to accomplish all the goals that I had set for myself and I’m really excited for what 2012 will bring.
Looking forward I just hope to continue to learn and experience as much as possible. My 5 goals for the upcoming year are;
1) Start a new workout regime (cross fit?)
2) Continue to develop more meaningful relationships with the people around me
3) Become more independent
4) Learn better ways to use photoshop and lightroom
5) Take more pictures! My upload count has dropped each year since I started my account :(
Goodbye 2011, you were wonderful. Welcome 2012!!!

seriously, I need to review my life choices. Not a single day in months, when I get home directly from work, like a regular guy; have home made dinner and watch TV lazily. I think, I need serious kind of counseling with myself ;) #NewYearResolution perhaps ;) btw beside all my issues #Chicago staying in his pretty colorful outfit ;) don you think?

For the record, I'm just playing along with this month's theme -- these are not real resolutions as I have no intention of actually doing any of them.
We have made a list of top ten New Year resolutions for 2015 which most of the people take commonly every year and never bother to follow them though it can change their life.

I miss having such vast quantities of gorgeous warm beverages. u_u Well today, I was a lazy potato panda, and was suposed to go out to Penrith and watch Movies with Matt, buuut job invertview at Maccas kind of hindered that lovely expedition. Will know within the week if I was fortunate (?) enough to gain a position, hopefully I am. Going to work as much as I can this month and next to save up for a grand holiday later in the year. Huge plans to the ocean blue waters of the Great Barrier Reef is this year's holiday destination, so a lot of working for a lot of moneyz is required. House boat holiday is slowly approaching on the horizon and I am very excited, can't wait to be relaxing on the Hawkesbury River. n_n

I haven't finalised my New Year's resolutions yet. I'm going to think about them for a few more days as I want to chose those that I will definitely do and those that I can aspire to.
But I do know that one of them is to continue to lose weight and as such to continue to train to run properly and start 'racing' again. I started up again in December and have been for more runs in a month than I usually do in weeks and weeks. Slowly but surely I have built up my running and I aim to run in organised races... ie, properly run. Those medals above were awarded to me through various 5K, 10m or triathlons but the running was usually a run/walk race. I aim to change that.
What I will also definitely do in 2009 is modify my working life. I will no longer get upset by things I cannot change (such as other people's work attitude towards their work, work that is outside my remit, etc) and will strive to leave work by 7pm every night...
Of course, all good starts fail a little and tonight was not a 'leave work by 7pm' evening... hum hum...
