DBS class 66 No. 66053 heads south over the viaduct at Ribblehead with a Network Rail departmental train on 5th August 2015.

Network Rail 97302 & 97303 were scheduled to stop on Platform 2 at Bank Quay last night so I made the move to record. On arrival the signalman let us know that it was being terminated here and would arrive in the Up Goods loop, after which set back and be stabled in the NCL siding.

Haven't been getting out much with the camera recently, life is getting in the way big time, so here is a little bit of Photoshop futzing that I call "Networks".

Veteran of the network, S105, drops down into Circular Quay station as 41-D to Lidcombe, whilst one of the newest trains on the network, B2, complete with "The Waratah Series 2 has arrive" and Waratah decals, watches on.

To compair the pair, motor car C3048 entered service sometime during 1978, whilst B2 was hauling revenue trains from the 7th of September 2018, some 40 years later.

Sydney Trains during early 2019 will phase out the "S Set" suburban trains during the introduction of 24 (now extended to 41) Waratah Mk2 "B Set" trains.

Another depot visit shot, this time of 50030 'Repulse' at Old Oak Common on the 7th of October 1990. I had made a note that the locomotive was awaiting attention to it`s main generator, but wether or not that was fact, or a guess at the time, I am now unsure!

I always loved the Cartoon Network The Clone Wars series, The shorts explored the Star Wars galaxy in a way we hadn’t seen before. Then we met Ventress and the dual on Yavin is where we first saw Anakin embrace his dark side. A classic often overlooked dual recreated here in brick form
