I knew what I saw, you, you will be mine
You're not an angel but you're divine
I try to move forward, you make me rewind
Maybe that's the magic of love
When you use your powers, I can not decline
Take one look into my eyes and read my mind
I try to move forward, you make me rewind
Baby, that's the magic of love
Baby, that's the magic of love
Baby, that's the magic of love
(Maybe, maybe
Maybe that's the magic of love
Maybe, maybe
Maybe that's the magic of love)
This is an overview of how the backwaters interconnect. The backwaters are made up of lakes, rivers and canals. The boats that provide transportation are found in all shapes and sizes. The large boat is one of the house boats made from an old rice barge. Very clever transformation I would say. And now tourists flock to Kerala for an overnight stay on a houseboat.
The little sailor navigates the waters…

We’re never alone, my friends.
Sending love and light always.
Stay strong and keep shining bright!
I see this amazing raccoon a few times a year on the hillside behind my house and in the lightly wooded areas off the meadows. I've seen her with kits in the spring leading them to watering holes and heard raccoons screaming and bickering in the night....a sound that you don't easily forget. At this time of year, I begin to see raccoon tracks in the snow. So far, her one-eyed blindness has not seemed to hold her back from a very capable life in the wild. I'm sure the fact that raccoons are quite intelligent helps her out as well.
I found some interesting old houses in Norwich, CT. This one stood out boldly through the green summer foliage.

Always thankful for all the support! 😊
So you thought I was done with the Spiders? Ha! No chance. Temporarily I was without them as the usual locations are missing said Spiders due mostly to the change in the weather; but completely by accident I found another location against a different backdrop, these are much harder to photograph as there is no back light, just the night time black of the canal behind the metal railings where these little ones are living, so focus is a challenge even with the assistance of the Focus Illuminator.
Still, I have taken hundreds of new photos and many I will continue to post up here, this Orb Weaver was navigating between two rusted metal bars, against the street lights behind it, gave a really Urban Midnight feel, hope you enjoy!
Here's to another weekend, I hope everyone has a great one and so as always, thank you! :)

Much of what you see was not here years ago. The constant storms take from the Northern Beaches and pile it up here. It's always changing. Thanks for the visit and have a good Weekend.
I patiently waited and kept shooting as this bee was navigating its way across the Echinacea flower and was happy to catch it alighting on to the petal.

In the Middle Ages crossing 30 odd miles of an often trackless ' Blackamoor ' between the monastic settlements of York and Whitby was a hazardous undertaking

Be the author of your own story. Your inner narrative will dictate your actions. Your inner narrative holds immense power in shaping your perception of reality and the way you navigate through life. It is the voice that whispers in your ear, coloring your thoughts, emotions, and actions.
“You are the author of your own life story. You have the leading role and get to determine how you interact with your supporting cast and other characters. Without realizing it, you may have allowed the events in your life to write your story for you rather than taking deliberate action to write it in your own voice. What will it take to love your life story to create the happy endings you desire?”
― Susan C. Young ―
“ You are the author of your own life...Don't let others define it for you. Real power comes by doing what you are meant to be doing, and doing it well.”

When the golden fluffster and I booked a sailing adventure, we envisioned something a little more seaworthy than this canoe. I mean, this would be okay for traversing a mud puddle or two or perhaps a swimming pool with no deep end. But I’m pretty sure that’s the sea behind us, and we’re not gonna be getting any closer to that lighthouse because there is no way are we attempting to navigate an ocean in this toy boat.
Let’s just enjoy the view from here and then scamper back to the farm, fluffster! You can chase butterflies when we get home to make up for this, I promise! “Woof, woof to that!” says fluffster. He was never really keen on sailing anyway.
Oh! This romper I’m wearing, it looks like a dress, yes, but no! So it is perfect for both action packed sailing misadventures as well as twirly dance nights and everything in between, and nope, I don’t blog or talk about anything I wear … unless it is something super sassy made by a friend, like this! Miss Q designed it so perfectly, so I’ll leave an MP link in case anyone else wants to twirl about in it too!
