Se empieza a notar que se aproxima la primavera. Mi gata vuelve a estar más activa: reclama que le abramos la puerta de la terraza para recuperar ese territorio y tomar el sol. Tampoco es que se le note mucho. De las casi 17 horas de sueño, ahora serán unas 16; en la terraza busca un rincón al sol y a seguir durmiendo.

D’origine XIIème siècle, prototype des églises cupulaires en France, elle est surtout marquée par la reconstruction effectuée en 1852 par l’architecte Paul Abadie. La cathédrale de Périgueux lui inspirera las plans du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre. On constatera que Montaigne, à la fin de son voyage, ne décrit que très sommairement les endroits qu’il traverse et qu’il connaissait.

Nel Collegio del Cambio il pittore Perugino ha dato il meglio di sé da un punto di vista artistico .Il palazzo fu iniziato nel 1300 su preesistenze . Al secondo piano su corso Vannucci ci sono 19 trifore gotiche .

On the side of Palace facing Corso Vannucci ,there is the Portal ,the Arc of Prior ,then the Collegio della Mercanzia
and then Collegio del Cambio ,the two most powerful corporations in the Medieval and the Renaissance age . One of the their representatives was always present at the highest political and istitutionales levels . In the Collegio del Cambio the painting Perugino gave his best from an artistic point of view . The palace was started in 1300 on the pre-existences . On the second floor on Corso Vannucci there are 19 Triphoras .
Al llegar a Venecia por primera vez, una de las cosas que no puedes dejar de notar es la gran cantidad de postes de diversos materiales (generalmente madera, ya que estaba prohibido el uso de otros materiales) esparcidos por la laguna. On pense, suite aux écrits de Dom Jean-Léon Martial Besse (1861-1920) et de Jean Mabillon (1632 – 1707) qu’une communauté de moines dit « Grignaciens » ou « Griniens » s’installa sur le site de Ternay au IV° siècle. Les moines clunisiens au IX° siècle reprirent ce site à leur compte.
L’histoire de Cluny débute en 910 avec la création de l’abbaye, selon la règle des Bénédictins. C’est sous la direction de Mayol (954-994), puis d’Odilon (994-1049), que l’ordre prend son essor. En 1024, le pape Jean XIX, en libérant de la tutelle des évêques diocésains les communautés de Cluny, signe la naissance d’un vaste mouvement clunisien dont Ternay fait partie. Le prieuré de Ternay atteint rapidement son apogée.
La restauration de l’église de Ternay débute dans la deuxième moitié du XIe siècle (de 1050 à 1100).
Elle abrite du mobilier remarquable, une statue de la Vierge du XIIe siècle (attribuée à Berilon, sculpteur viennois) et décapitée sous la Révolution, une statue de Saint Mayol, de Saint Nicolas (patron des mariniers) et de la Vierge datant du XIXe siècle, une croix classée et une cheminée dans le transept nord.
Au sud de l’église, une partie des immeubles et surfaces constituent ce qui devait être le prieuré Saint Pierre de Ternay.
Dès 966 dans le cartulaire de Cluny, on relève une charte pour un setier (ancienne mesure de capacité) de vin à prendre à « Celesio » (Solaize) pour les besoins des moines. En 969, on relève également des actes de donation ainsi que des actes notariés signés par l’abbé Mayol.
En 1614, le catalogue des abbayes et prieurés cite le nombre de cinq religieux à Ternay.
En 1792 le Prieuré et l’église sont reconnus comme bien nationaux et vendus aux enchères.

There we were again, in a situation that would somehow be forbidden but, I don't know if thanks to his position as Major or perhaps because of his intimidating presence, nobody seemed to prevent. The metallic sound of the hangar felt like a distant echo in my ears as the runaway rhythm of my pulse mixed with the beat of the "engine" of his heart whilst the air escaped from my lips noticing the strength of his hold.
I reached his eyes at the same time my hands moved over his "double skin", a layer that worked both, as his clothes and armour, until I reached his face, trying to feel him, longing for that trace in the form of a caress to remain engraved somehow. That closeness and the intensity of his gaze caused a chill to run through my entire body.
I knew that he had to leave and I only hoped that, in that moment, he could read in my eyes everything that I could not express in words while my hand rested on him, seeking to bring him closer, to shorten that minimum distance and thus, be able to reach their lips and seal that farewell...

Ahí estábamos de nuevo, en una situación que de alguna manera estaría prohibida pero que, no sé si gracias a su cargo de Major o quizá por su presencia intimidante, nadie parecía impedir. El sonido metálico del hangar se sentía como un eco lejano en mis oídos ya que el ritmo desbocado de mi pulso se mezclaba el latido del "motor" de su corazón mientras el aire se escapaba de mis labios al notar la fuerza con la que me sujetaba.
Alcancé sus ojos a la vez que mis manos se movían sobre su “doble piel”, una capa que hacía tanto de su ropa como de armadura, hasta llegar su rostro, haciendo por sentirle, anhelando que ese trazo en forma de caricia se quedase grabado de algún modo. Esa cercanía y la intensidad de su mirada provocaron que un escalofrió recorriese todo mi cuerpo.
Sabía que tenía que irse y sólo esperaba que, en ese momento, él pudiese leer en mis ojos todo aquello que no podía expresar con palabras mientras mi mano se apoyaba en él, buscando por acercarle, por acortar esa mínima distancia y así, poder alcanzar sus labios y sellar esa despedida...

At that moment the temperature was 55F (13ºC). Something incredible being in Winter.

Las torres de Madrid al anochecer, Madrid, España
Tomamos esta foto a las 6:50 pm (una hora después de la puesta del sol) y todavía se puede ver luz en el cielo (lo que se llama crepúsculo astronómico). Como pueden notar, estamos en el solsticio de invierno y hay demasiada luz a esa hora.
En ese momento la temperatura era de 13ºC. Algo increíble estando en invierno.

Cell phones where everywhere in 2019 Havana. There was a dramatic increase of the usage in last 2 years.
Cuba is well behind Canada in many aspects of life, but quickly catching up in terms of cell phone use. 2022 may be another leap ahead or back; depending on your interpretation of this disturbing trend. One thing is clear. There will be no another revolution. Everybody is too busy to notice anything than the small screen. It was still complicated, as you needed $2 card to access Wi-Fi, but obviously no deterrent. Photo taken on 803 Neptuno. I think. This is a school for the hospitality services. Many hotels employ the kids for few weeks a year to give them practical experience. Those jobs are very desirable in Cuba.

Das Fachwerkhaus Strukturstraße 7 in Verden (Niedersachsen) ist ein 1577 unter dem Einfluss der Weserrenaissance errichtetes dreigeschossiges Ziegelfachwerkhaus. Das fälschlicherweise auch als Ackerbürgerhaus bezeichnete Dielenhaus sticht besonders durch seine Giebel an der Fachwerkfassade hervor, die durch ein farbig gefasstes ornamentales Schnitzwerk, reich an Fächerrosetten, Blattwerk und Ranken, geschmückt sind. Es ist eines der ältesten Häuser in Verden und „gilt als einer der prächtigsten Bauten der Weserrenaissance im nördlichen Weserraum“ und wichtiges profanes Baudenkmal in Verden. Bauherr war Henricus Ehlers (Elvers), Notar und Vikar an der Kirche St. Andreas Der Andreaskanoniker ließ hier eine der ersten hochdeutschen Inschriften Verdens anbringen. Die Herzogin Charlotte Sophia von Kurland (1651–1728), seit 1688 Reichsäbtissin im Stift Herford, verbrachte ihr Exil (familiäre Erbstreitigkeiten) von 1703 bis zu ihrem Tode in dem Haus.

The MD Helicopters MD Explorer is a light twin-engined utility helicopter designed and initially produced by the American rotorcraft specialist McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems.
On 18 December 1992, the maiden flight was conducted, initial certification for the type followed roughly two years later. The initial model, the MD 900, was joined by an improved successor, the MD 902, during the late 1990s. The Explorer is currently produced by MD Helicopters.
The MD Helicopters MD Explorer is a twin engined utility helicopter; it is equipped with a fully-articulated five-bladed main rotor system as well as bearingless composite flexbeams and rotor hub. The fuselage is composed of composite materials, such as carbonfibre, that are resistant to corrosion even in hostile marine environments, it also incorporates lightning strike protection measures. The tail features similar construction. It is powered by a pair of Pratt & Whitney Canada-built PW200 turboshaft engines. It can be flown by a single pilot, and carry up to six passengers at a time.
A key feature of the MD Explorer is the NOTAR anti-torque system; instead of a traditional tail rotor, a fan exhaust is directed out of slots in the tail boom, thus using the Coandă effect for yaw control. The benefits of NOTAR have reportedly included reduced pilot workload, greatly minimised external noise levels, and significant improvements in safety, particularly when operating in confined areas and from offshore platforms, along with general performance and controllability enhancements. It is disputed which of the fenestron and NOTAR approaches produces less noises.Boeing retains the design rights to the NOTAR technology despite selling the former McDonnell Douglas civil helicopter line to MD Helicopters in early 1999.

Cada vez me fascinan mas las arañas, en esta macro hice ese encuadre porque se puede observar como cada punta de las patas de la araña están posadas en cada hilo de su trampa para notar la mas mínima vibración. Además a su izquierda se pueden observar muchas de sus victimas.

Between the low clouds, some of them leaving rain showers, the timid appearance of the sun at 08:30 AM, marks the beginning of a new day, Wednesday, in the middle of the work week.
As you can see, 08:30 AM is a very late time for sunrise, something that will be corrected this nest weekend when we turn the clock back one hour to adapt our schedule to the winter season. Anyway, we should delay it by two hours instead of one, to adapt it to our correct longitude.

Tardío amanecer del Miércoles, Madrid, España
Entre las nubes bajas, algunas de ellas dejando chubascos, la tímida aparición del sol a las 08:30 AM, hace que comience un nuevo día, miércoles, en mitad de la semana laboral.
Como puedes notar, las 08:30 AM es una hora muy tardía para el amanecer, algo que será corregido este próximo fin de semana cuando retrasemos el reloj una hora para adaptar nuestro horario a la temporada de invierno. De todos modos, deberíamos retrasarlo dos horas en lugar de una, para adaptar nuestro horario a nuestra longitud correcta.
Espero que tengas un buen miércoles y este día te traiga todas las mejores sensaciones y deseos posibles.

Anochecer del Domingo, Madrid, España
Imagen del skyline de Madrid, las Cinco Torres, en una tarde fría en Madrid. Tomada al anochecer (6:58 PM) de hoy Domingo, 3 de enero.
Como podrás notar, muchas de las oficinas de los edificios están a apagadas al ser Domingo. Mañana ya volverá la gente a sus trabajos y volverán a iluminarse.
A destacar que la Torre de Cristal o KPMG ya no tiene las letras de KPMG en la fachada que mira hacia el Este.
Echo mucho de menos aquellos pocos años en los que dicha empresa iluminaba todas las noches la torre con luces azules, o de otros colores según festividades o días especiales. Ahora, todos los días luce oscura, con la única iluminación de las oficinas que alberga el edificio. Tampoco se ilumina el jardín vertical que el edificio tiene en su cúspide.
Por lo demás, únicamente la Torre Cepsa mantiene un alumbrado bonito y llamativo a la altura de la importancia de estos emblemáticos edificios. El resto, como podéis ver, sin iluminación especial ni siquiera por Navidades o Año Nuevo. En fin, cosas que pasan...
Os deseo una buena primera semana laboral del 2021, mucha salud y mucho ánimo, que falta nos hace.

Llegamos una hora antes del amanecer planificado, con desazón nos percatamos que no había ninguna nube que nos pudiera adornar el cielo para la amanecida. Armamos los equipos de igual forma, nos pusimos a disfrutar de la calma y del paisaje. A medida que pasaba la hora empezaba a hacerse notar tímidamente el resplandor del sol que ya quería aparecer, pudimos captar este momento en que se aprecian las ultimas estrellas de la noche y el primer brillo del amanecer que ya se venia, un momento de luz mágico.

Foto: Una de las esculturas de los vanos de esta original iglesia, cuyos adornos escultóricos nunca han dejado indiferentes ni a los visitantes ni a los especialistas del estilo románico. Según estudios recientes, las esculturas de los capiteles corresponderían a diversas escenas del martirio del santo patrón del templo. Situada en lo alto de una escarpada colina, donde, al parecer, radicaba el caserío del pueblo antiguo, pueblo hoy desplazado ligeramente hacia el valle, la iglesia y el sitio constituyen un conjunto a la vez impresionante y especialmente atractivo con preciosas vistas al valle. Cabe notar que la visita de la errmita suele hacerla de Sr párroco del pueblo y es sumamente interesante.

Also, my crop sensor camera makes my 900 mm telescope like a 1,440 mm telephoto. Just crop a little and keep most of the camera resolution. This evening we had a tangerine sunset over Madrid. Due to the fog and pollution that we are experiencing these days in Madrid, visibility was not very good, but the sky took on a bright tone after sunset.
I took this photo from the northern part of the capital with a temperature of 55f (13ºC) at 7:03 pm, yes, incredible!
As you can notice, the duration of daylight is something remarkable, as is the temperature, considering that we are still in January.
If we continue with this trend, within a week or so we will be able to see the first almond trees blooming...

Atardecer mandarina, Madrid, España
¡Hola amig@s!
Esta tarde hemos tenido un atardecer color mandarina sobre Madrid. Debido a la niebla y la contaminación que estamos viviendo estos días en Madrid, la visibilidad no era muy buena, pero el cielo adquirió un tono luminoso tras el atardecer.
Esta foto la tomé desde la zona norte de la capital con una temperatura de 13ºC (55F) a las 7:03 pm, sí, ¡increíble!
Como podrás notar, la duración de la luz del día es algo destacable, al igual que la temperatura, teniendo en cuenta que todavía estamos en Enero.
Si seguimos con esta tendencia, dentro de una semana aproximadamente podremos ver florecer los primeros almendros…

Como ayer fue mi aniversario de boda, y hoy es mi aniversario de noviazgo… aquí está la foto de una de mis parejas de kekos. Además, hay quien me pedía desde hace tiempo verlos juntos.
Ya pondré aquí más fotos de ellos, y mejores. Y prometo seguir contando su historia. Os adelanto que esta pareja no estuvo tan acaramelada al principio jeje Pero ya saltaban chispas, y ambos reconocen que el destino les ha unido.
Kaëlian todavía recuerda qué le hizo notar que ella era diferente (pero esto ya os lo contaré con otra foto que represente el momento :p).

As yesterday was my wedding anniversary, and today es my anniversary of dating… here’s the picture of one of my dolls couple. Also some people asked me a while to see them together.
I'll put more pictures of them here, and better. And I promise to continue telling their story. I advance that this couple wasn’t as in love at first hehe But sparks flew, and both recognize that destiny has joined them.

LUHMANSCHE VILLA UM 1925 am Oberbach
Zur Geschichte:
Der Friedrich-Engels-Ring 35 ist erstmals im „Adreßbuch der Vorderstadt Neubrandenburg“ aus dem Jahr 1893 zu finden – damals jedoch noch unter der Adresse „An der Linde 2“. Eine Postkarte aus dem Jahr 1902 zeigt bereits das heutige Gebäude. Das genaue Baujahr des Hauses ist bisher jedoch nicht bekannt. Im Adressbuch für Neubrandenburg aus dem Jahr 1913 ist dann erstmals der Kommerzienrat Louis Luhmann als Eigentümer überliefert.
Dieser Familie Luhmann verdankt das Haus seinen bis heutige geläufigen Beinamen „Luhmann-Villa“. Nach seinem Tod blieb das Haus im Familienbesitz. Das Adressbuch von 1927/1928 gibt die Witwe des Kommerzienrats, Johanna Luhmann, selbst zu dem Zeitpunkt wohnhaft in der Morgenlandstraße 7, als Besitzerin an. Bewohnt wurde die Villa zu der Zeit von dem Ministerialrat a. D. Dr. jur. Fritz Luhmann, tätig als Rechtsanwalt und Notar, und dem Angestellten Josef Müller. Nach dem Krieg wurde das Haus enteignet.
Noch bis zum Ende der 1940er Jahre wohnten die Luhmanns im Obergeschoss bis sie dann in den Westen gingen. In den 1960er Jahre musste ein Großteil der historischen Gebäude An der Linde, insbesondere auf der ehemaligen Ostseite der Straße, dem Ausbau des heutigen Friedrich-Engels-Rings weichen. Ebenfalls um diese Zeit zog der „Klub der Intelligenz“ (KDI) in das Gebäude. Nach der Wende befand sich hier eine Zeit lang die Gaststätte „bei Jaqueline“.
Später wurde das Gebäude an den früheren Eigentümer, Fritz Luhmann, rückübertragen. Der Eigentümer hat inzwischen erneut gewechselt, das prominente Haus am Stadteingang steht jedoch inzwischen seit längerer Zeit leer.

Malauradament els anys es fan notar, i és molt necessaria la present massiva restauració a la que el sotmeten, o s'esfondraria sota el seu propi pès. Penseu que fou dissenyat per una vida de 70 anys al mar, i ja en té uns 250, els darrers 100 en dic sec. Per tant estan assegurant l'estructura, treient tot el pes innecessari (incloent els canons, de 2 tn cada un!!) i aprofitant per repintar-lo.

The gorgeous HMS Victory, the ship of Nelson in the battle of Trafalgar, currently preserved in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
But 250 years are quite a lot for a wooden ship (that was built with an expected life of about 70 years at sea). It's slowly sinking on its own weight, so they are restoring it slowly. For example, all the guns (at 2 tn each) have been changed for plastic replicas. Also the paint is now much more realistic of early XIX Century.
