Good morning on this beautiful new day. We are one day away before New Year celebrations begin, at least on this side of the world.
Last night here was a challenge with our son Zen, waking up multiple times through the night and otherwise reminding us how precious our sleep is! Nevertheless I wanted to get this writing out as part of my service and contribution to the world as well as part of accomplishing my daily routine.
REVIEW 2021
Today is a great day to reflect on the year's past and reorient yourself for the year ahead. Review photos and mark your favorites, review journal entries, notes, files, clean up and reorganize and get clear on what's relevant still before going into 2021. I like to use the CHAIN acronym for reflection which is: Challenges, Highlights, Accomplishments, Insights and Next Steps.
Consider the challenges you had that you solved and overcome. The challenges you still want to take on.The Highlights from last year, especially as you review your photos, videos and special moments, really let the appreciation for all the amazing things you experienced sink in. Then review your Accomplishments and be proud for all that you accomplished over the last year! Then look at all the Insights you uncovered.. the lessons you learned in just over the last year.
GEARING UP FOR 2022
And finally with that reflection what are your Next steps to make the next 365 days something you can look back on and say YES! 2022 was a well designed and executed year ..
Happy to be getting my daily routine morning drives past this pasture. The cows are surprisingly friendly, and there's a tree in the middle of the field that is a lone soldier dressed in white petals in the Spring for a few days (it's red now, in the fall)
the underground to the train station at the Marlybone
I use to take the regular stairs (5 stories high) as my daily routine exercice
My daily routine before I go to bed and still... nothing. but not losing faith. god performs miracles when you least expect it so Mr. Jonas may be just around the corner. I love the Jonas Brothers.
I am a creature of habit, I take great pleasure in my daily routine. My mornings are broken down into great detail, it is the small part of my day which (as long as I don’t oversleep) I can control completely.
After dragging myself out of bed I trudge through the apartment and into the kitchen to turn on the light, before trudging over to the window, where I pull up the blind and pronounce my judgment on the day (I am constantly amazed at how much like my father I am becoming). It is here that I decide whether it was worth getting up or not.
The last week or so has been worth it, the blind rolls up to reveal a bright sun, small birds flying around, and usually a balmy wind. This makes me happy, it starts my day off right. This morning was different.
There was snow on the ground.
And not just a little, but enough to make my heart freeze over. What is this? Snow? Really? I know that March is just arrived, and I shouldn’t be so surprised at the horrid white stuff. But really? Why must we flirt with spring, only to be unexpectedly slapped by winter again?
come home from school, go straight to the pool, take a shower, have lunch, and relaxing in my room afterwards.
My daily routine in the morning - on the way to work
5. Because the bus was so late, we missed the train. But fortunately there's a nice coffee shop at the station.

9/365: Daily Routine -- Ok, so this is a bit of a punt. I had originally taken some photos I took while I was making dinner, but as I was doing other things, they didn't turn out as well as I had wanted, so I decided to go with something else I do as part of my daily routine, stopping to smell the roses.
...and it's not even 8am here. I've been contemplating eliminating coffee from my daily routine. I dislike having to rely on it, I only drink two cups max a day anyways. I can cope with this headache and feeling shaky.
January 3 - This year my boy helped me acquire two new loves. My Kindle, which has allowed me to read again. And a new member of the family, who has turned my daily routine on it's head and brought tons of laughter to our lives.
they seriously eat meat and potatoes all the time in the midwest... here is a sample of what I ate for lunch and dinner every day here: some sort of meat, some sort of super steamed veggies, and potatoes in some form
i have added fiber supplements to my daily routine
It's clearly christmas time: everything seems to have a bit of ginger by default - that is if you explicitly don't inform not to put that stuff anywhere near your coffee.
Woke up early this morning (around 6:30, which is early enough for my daily routines nowadays) and had some extra time searching for the Poultry building (where the training that I'm attending is held). It seems to be more fun to walk there since tubes are horrificly stuffed with people and it's only a mile or so.
Many people seem to be riding with motorcycles even it's below zero. I guess this is the little difference between Helsinki that I haven't still used to this day: seeing people in full leather costumes in the middle of the winter.

Day 13 | Joy of Love: "routines"
Exercise and making better choices in what I eat are now a consistent part of my daily routine.
And it feels really good.
Healthy routine joy.
This was a project based on my daily routine and the world around me. It shows the societal pressures of looking young and attractive just to fit in.
I was struggling to stay awake during the day time and had other symptoms of sleep apnea. This was affecting my daily routine, studies and career. I was unable to concentrate on work. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was thus prescribed Modafinil. First off, for those who don’t know about this magical drug.

A Day In The Life - I decided to take pictures, using the different techniques required, and record them as a story of one day in my life. I took pictures throughout my daily routines using the Freeze Motion, Blurred Action and Panned Action while also experimenting with shutter speeds, exposure, lighting, aperture, ISO, self timing, camera movement, subject movement, intentional and unintentional movement, etc. Also, I decided for some of my experimental motion shots to hold the camera facing behind me while I went on with my day, taking shots, at many various settings, every so often to catch a glimpse of a way I have never seen the things I pass by in my everyday life.
