After his day care, Walter likes to go to the beach and play. Tumon GU

My daily routine begins with iced coffee. Today I contemplate the unthinkable... switching brands to a 99.5% fat free coffee.

I have to say, that the advertising is misleading!

Seems like the only time I can think about taking photographs is at night once the kids are asleep. I really need to figure out a way to get this into my daily routine.

When I see pictures of my belly, I think that I look smaller than I feel. I realize, however, that I've been sucking in each month for consistency. There's a bit of difference when I'm relaxed . . . I'm pretty sticking-out-there.

Things are going fine. No major problems. The fatigue is returning and I have less and less energy for my daily routine. Thank goodness my kids are old enough to fetch things for me when I'm feeling lazy. I'm up 28 pounds and I'm starting to waddle (if I'm not paying attention). But, I am still managing to ride the bike and pull g in the bike trailer--I'm slower, and I get tired, but I'm able to get by.

I'm at the stage where you can look at my belly and see the major distortions caused by the moving alien in my belly. It's truly one of the freakiest things I've seen, and yet, so fascinating and wonderful.

Week 39: My Daily Routine - Not Used

for all i need is a moment

this months theme „time“ matches so good with my present thoughts: i have been on vacation for the past three weeks. i had no schedules. i slowed down and took my time. vacation feels like rebooting. when i stood on the beach, when i watched the sky at night i formed the aim to deal more sensible again with the time i have when i am back to work and my daily routine.

today i bought myself a tea, i came home and took my time. i watched the petals in the hot water and captured this moment. my moment. i decided that i want to be part of the moment pool again and found out that i took the picture on august 6th, 3.18 pm – such an coincidence.

My daily routine. Weeeee!

Please do not re-upload.

Good morning on this beautiful new day. We are one day away before New Year celebrations begin, at least on this side of the world.

Last night here was a challenge with our son Zen, waking up multiple times through the night and otherwise reminding us how precious our sleep is! Nevertheless I wanted to get this writing out as part of my service and contribution to the world as well as part of accomplishing my daily routine.

REVIEW 2021

Today is a great day to reflect on the year's past and reorient yourself for the year ahead. Review photos and mark your favorites, review journal entries, notes, files, clean up and reorganize and get clear on what's relevant still before going into 2021. I like to use the CHAIN acronym for reflection which is: Challenges, Highlights, Accomplishments, Insights and Next Steps.

Consider the challenges you had that you solved and overcome. The challenges you still want to take on.The Highlights from last year, especially as you review your photos, videos and special moments, really let the appreciation for all the amazing things you experienced sink in. Then review your Accomplishments and be proud for all that you accomplished over the last year! Then look at all the Insights you uncovered.. the lessons you learned in just over the last year.

GEARING UP FOR 2022

And finally with that reflection what are your Next steps to make the next 365 days something you can look back on and say YES! 2022 was a well designed and executed year ..

These are some of my photography books, they have become part of my daily routine. Once I'm home from work I tend to put on the computer, check emails, facebook and 365, then I'll cook and eat my tea. Once that is done I process and sometimes even go and take my photo of the day. Then I'll play a few battles on Puzzle Quest on my iPad (I LOVE THAT GAME) and then I spend a good hour or so scouring through pictures, magazines and camera catalogues before I go to sleep. I have become someone that devours photographs and photography all the time, gaining ideas, critiquing and learning. I will never be able to thank everyone on 365 for helping me discover such a great hobby!

My daily routine.. A good iron is worth every penny. This one is king.

Not my daily routine luckily.Although I was tempted to stay for a tenner a night and 3 delicious meals, all in.

side by side. I guess its because we were running so fast. I almost caught up with him here, too.

The one on the right is another dead end. It leads to Miami Dolphins a cave-in.

You know your way around, dont you?

Its part of my daily routine: morning exercises, and then two hours surveying or more. Ive never missed a day yet.

The way leveled off, then Minnesota Vikings went sharply downhill. We took the stairs by the wall. A wind blew up at us, caused by the difference in temperatures. Mixed with the smell of water and seaweed was the sharp odor of metallic ions.

Does that river empty into the sea? he asked.

I think

It's so cold out, and I'm working a regular job now, all I get to take pictures of is my daily routine.

The morning coffee is one of the most important parts of Lola's (and my) daily routine. Apparently in Lola's house this happens before putting clothes on. Luckily I managed to convince her to at least wear a pinny.

today i scrapped about my daily routine

This picture was taken at 11:24 am as I was walking across the oval to Stillman Hall for my calculus lecture. By looking at my eyes I can tell I am tired and sad. By looking at the background and what I am wearing I can tell that although it looks nice out it must have been raining. Walking to calculus in the rain could be why my eyes look so sad. This selfie plays an important role in my daily routine because it shows that rain or shine my days continue the same.

This morning when I was hitting the snooze for the fourteenth time in my daily routine, a lone thought about my newly-uptuned snowboard edged its way into my thoughts (visions of dancing sugarplums, etc).

Thus the early morning tune-up and binding re-placement, and the actual getting out of bed in time for work.

This picture was taken at 11 pm in my dorm at Canfield Hall. This location is important because it plays a key role in my daily routine. Since my dorm is where I live now it has become a place where I spend most of my time and the place I refer to as "home".

This is the work of a very talented artist. Man Ray.

I needed a break from my daily routine that day. Too many painful memories. I love them, but I couldn't take them anymore. So I snapped from the torpor and decided to go watch the Man Ray exibithion in the manor museum near my town.

I wonder how much time did he take to create all the pieces. They're so perfect.

Just another part of my daily routine

Well this week has kinda been up and down, i was sort of stuck on trying to salvage a relationship with a good friend of some past few years...almost forcing myself to do everything i could to save it while at the same time causing more damage than anything.

While this had me down for part of the week i attended our weekly wensday church service which we had a guess speaker...the title of his sermon was "shifting gears"

to make this long store short.....i started to go back and think on what he said and apply it to my daily routine....its like a car....manual transmission....when you get to a certain point you gotta SHIFT gears to keep on moving up...if you dont....your gonna stall out.

Meaning....whenever i come across an obstacle....i gotta shift gears to keep it moving other wise its gonna win and im gonna just stall out dead in my tracks....cant let that happen.

So with those words on my mind and in my heart i just let a few things go so i could keep it moving and to be honest it felt pretty damn good.

I always heard folks saying "let go and let god" i always thought i had an idea of what it meant but now i fully understand it. Until you do that....if you keep tryna deal with your problems and issues yourself...your just gonna stall yourself...but until you start to shift some gears....then....things will start to run a whole lot smoother.

SIdenote: i barely made this posting (before 12 midnight lol)

Ill be back to posting the rest of the super bowl candids i took and i got a whole HEAP of shots from the Friday night live event i did tonight at church so stay tuned!

I love Diners, George's happens to be not too far from me. This was a cold winter day, happened to be a Saturday. After my brother's J.H.S examination, we all went to the diner. Though, it was the afternoon I still ordered pancakes, bacon, and eggs. Breakfast is my favorite meal and since I, personally live a very fast life; breakfast isn't really apart of my daily routine. But when I do get to order or make breakfast, I always order pancakes, bacon, and eggs.

These are imges that represent my daily routine taken over five days.

Happy to be getting my daily routine morning drives past this pasture. The cows are surprisingly friendly, and there's a tree in the middle of the field that is a lone soldier dressed in white petals in the Spring for a few days (it's red now, in the fall)
