Kirkufjell from my multicopter. Despite a bit of heavy wind and rain , I still made this image on my first day with the copter on Iceland, 50 meters above the ground. I hope the weather will get better tomorrow.
As you can see by the clouds - bad weather was comming.
The famous Kirkufjell waterfall can be seen to the left in the picture. Not that big...

Tree shot in sunrise at Southern Jeløy in Norway 6 AM in the morning from a multicopter, 5-6 meters above the ground.
Not quite the 1st of Jan as my SD card failed in the drone, so it was taken this morning.
Have a great and prosperous new year.

Sunset and local rain over Jeløy in Norway shot from a multicopter 120 meters above the ground.
When shooting from my multicopter, just before sunset, it suddenly stared to rain, and I had to land the copter. Then I just wiped off raindrops from the lens for doing more shooting. From the ground I just saw a orange/red sky. When the copter was 120 meters above the ground this is what I saw. And amazing view with mix of colors due to local rain (I guess it was clouds with a lot of water) combined with a low sun.

Seljalandsfoss during sunrise (4 AM in the morning), shot from a multicopter 20 meters above the ground.
This should be a great view of the waterfall shot 100 meters above the ground. But because of wind and technical problems with the copter, I did not manage to bring it higher than 20 meters.

The mountain Myrarhyma (588 meters) and Kistufell (723 meters) in Grundarfjordur shot from a multicopter 130 meters above the ground. On this flight I used a Sony A5100 with a Nikon fisheye lens which is a lightweight camera that captures high quality images. Very well suited for aerial photography.
This was a great morning with little wind, a lot of clouds and some sunshine in between showers .

Elgåfossen waterfall in Norway shot from a multicopter using a Gopro Hero2. The border between Norway and Sweden is in the middle of the waterfall.
This is shot in the middle of the waterfall, 40 meters above the ground. This is a tiny waterfall, but i Østfold (south in Norway) , this is the biggest waterfall.
Usually I use a Sony A7R fullframe camera on my multicopter, but this time I did my first flight with a GoPro Hero2. And I like the result.

Larkollen in Norway a morning in february. Shot from a multicopter using a Sony A7R and a Nikon 35mm.
At this flight I forgot to bring with me my wide angle lenses for my Sony camera, so the only lens I could use was a 35mm, not that suitable for aerial photography. But I like the result very much. A little "tight" composition, but a lot of details and a super sharp image.

The bird (Black Kite) came close to the multicopter. This is shot with a fisheye, and I suppose the distance to the bird is 6-7 meter.

Shot from a multicopter at 120 meters above the ground using a Nikon D3200 and a 10.5mm fisheye lens during sunset.
The camera is hard mounted to the landing gear in order to save weight and increase flight time.

Albystranda at southern part of the island Jeløy shot from a multicopter 120 meters above sea level.
This was a sunny day but minus 4 degrees Celcius. The image is shot with a Nikon D3200 and a 10.5mm Nikon DX fisheye lens. Because this lens has an fault, the only aperture I can use is 2.8. 1/3200 exposure is because of this.
