ORION is a multipurpose Crew Vehicle that is been worked on by NASA along with Lockheed Martin. The capsule you see here was the actual capsule used in a test flight in 2010 in New Mexico, this test flight was to test the Launch Abort System. More tests are scheduled for 2014 & 2017 all without human pilots on them. By 2021 it should be ready for astronauts. The flight in 2021 would be deep space flights to the moon, asteroids and potentially Mars.
I got to take this picture at a science fair at the convention center in Washington DC.

The CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) East Africa is working with partners to empower communities in lower Nyando manage climate risk. Agro-forestry, land and water management are among the mitigation interventions employed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Nyando basin. So far, 22 tree nurseries, some owned by self-help groups (more than half of all the nurseries are female-owned). More than 50,000 high-quality tree seedlings have been produced, each worth KSh10-20. About 23,500 multipurpose trees have been planted in homesteads with a 75 per cent survival rate and the local community is establishing a two acre demonstration woodlot. Photos: K. Traumann. The Orleans is a hotel and casino located in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Boyd Gaming. It includes the large multipurpose Orleans Arena that can be converted into an ice rink. It is a major home for poker in the Las Vegas Valley and was one of the biggest poker rooms in Las Vegas prior to the 21st century poker boom.
Though The Orleans attracts a fair number of tourists, it is primarily considered to be a locals casino. It is located about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) west of the Las Vegas Strip, but offers from 9:00 am to 12:30 am a free shuttle bus approximately every 30 minutes to Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon, which is just across the street from Bally's Las Vegas and Caesars Palace.
The Hotel and Casino opened in 1996. When the casino first opened, it did not perform up to expectations. In 1999 a major addition to the casino and other amenities were added. The success of these changes has been demonstrated by continued expansions in later years.
The Orleans Arena was added in 2003. A second hotel tower was added in 2004.

The Zephyr Marksman's Rifle adds a heave barrel and large handguard topped with a custom machined muzzle brake. It fires the proprietary 7.27mm round from a magpul 20 round box magazine, and comes with a 12x24 Sniper's scope standard.
The Medved Assault rifle Variant uses a much shorter barrel to facilitate ease of use, and urban combat. The dual drum magazine carries 200 rounds of 7.27mm Ammunition, while adding weight, it also reduces the frequency of reloading. With single and Three round burst, the medved allows users to accurately put rounds on a target, and eliminates unneeded spraying.

Under the direction of Mary Lee McGuire emcees Krista Bradley, Victoria Guiles, Christian Hopkins and Dahshon Pugh guided performers of all grades through a show that included dance, instrument solos, singers, and skits provided by the MCs.
According to McGuire, much of the night’s performance is left up to the students to develop, choreograph and highlight their talents.
This event could not have been accomplished without the behind-the-scenes work of Technical Director Michael Tobin, Stage Manager Jessica Gudeman, Director of MCs Vanessa Frazier, Stage Crew; Joanne Caldwell, James Peden, Caleb Hill and Samuel Shuler.
