One multipurpose Watermaster handles all the work at this site: Removal of excess siltation by suction dredging and excavating and also removal of invasive vegetation by raking. This saves the environment, money and time.

Casey Elementary School students, teachers and family members enjoyed an end-of-year talent show at the Multipurpose Center Theater on Camp Casey June 4.

 

Under the direction of Mary Lee McGuire emcees Haley Bennet, Jasmine January, Jason Makayabo and Dahshon Pugh guided performers of all grades through a show that included dance, instrument solos, singers, and skits provided by the MCs.

 

This is the second annual event and could not have been accomplished without the behind-the-scenes work of Technical Director Michael Tobin, Stage Managers; Jessica Martinez and Sarah Salem, Stage Crew; Maya McKenzie, Caylin Smith and Joanne Caldwell.

Multipurpose Watermaster takes out polluted sediments and excess siltation from waterways by suction dredging. It removes trash and invasive aquatic vegetation by excavating and raking. It reinforces riverbanks and seashores by pile driving to prevent erosion and floods and to enhance functionality and the safety of urban areas. Watermaster helps in the building, maintaining and developing of water infrastructure, such as marinas, piers and floodwalls.
