It's been almost a year since I have updated my site, but here it is. New demo reel, new projects, and slightly new layout.
Check it out.
Da Vinci wrote about the motions of water and the air, and how movement worked. Here is proof of this centuries later, aged volcanic rock shaped by the oceans and earths movements. Modernisation and some evidence of this also to be seen, sadly made its way into the sea and not a confined dump, ala concrete and bottle.

Not sure why I took this or posted it for that matter... I'll stop it...

so, this one was fun to get. For those of you who can't tell (which apparently a lot of people can't, so don't feel bad, lol) it's a domino.
one late night i got out my lightbox and went looking for dominoes, but all i could find was this one.
so i set it up and took some test pictures for lighting and such, and then i started taking pictures where i would knock it over and try to get the picture before it hit the ground.
it didn't take me long before i realized my little point and shoot needed to be on the highest ISO just to get the shot without any bluring.
after taking many different shots i went to edit. at first i was going with another picture, but my thumb was in it and i didn't want it in it, so i tried to erase it, but it still didn't look right. so then i went with this one. I played around with all the different effects and such and added the texture so the grain from the high ISO wasn't so noticeable.
It's not the best picture, but i still like it ^_^
Not too surprised to see a DPU on this train, and I wasn't too happy either since the light was totally against me. Trying to make lemonade out of a lemon I dialed down to 1/40th of a second (I generally shoot in shutter priority mode) for a blur motion shot at the grade crossing.

It's been too long since I've submitted anything. This is a side project I'd been working on. The main one is still in the works.
