The convent of San Francisco is close to the Alameda Park in the city of Soria (Spain).
In the middle area of the wall outside the walls of Soria, it is the Church of San Francisco, former Conventual Franciscan church and today Parish of San Francisco. Here you can visit the main altar of the church of St. Nicholas, in the city of Soria, who made the sculptor Gabriel de Pinedo.
Its current plant is a single nave, divided into four rectangular sections by pointed arches, high choir on the feet and pentagonal chancel, which, on the side of the Gospel, a spacious chapel opens. The last three sections of the ship are closed with simple vaults, consisting of two cruisers nerves, fishbone and keys with star-shaped motifs. The remaining sections, rebuilt in the nineteenth century, exhibit vaults. The choir, embedded today in the last section of the ship, originally included a section, which advanced to the second stage, still preserved primitive supports on which it stood.
By way of aisles they would be on the Gospel side, the chapels of Veras, that of Morales and the Beltranes. The side of the Epistle disappeared all. One would be that of the Aguileras. Another of San Anton, where it would be buried Carlos Arellano, Alferez Mayor of the Infante Don Fernando de Aragon, who died in 1412. The chapel dedicated to St. Bernardino was founded in 1495 by Diego de Morales, Director of the Catholic King.
On the right and centre here are wood artifact pieces from the Choir of the Duomo (circa 1330-70) that were moved to the MODO Museum because of restoration work in 1859. The large triangular panel is the 'Coronation of the Virgin' and below it are the two Annunciation Statues.
On the right is the 'Madonna and Child with Angels' from a polyptych painted by Simone Martini (circa 1322).
I have also uploaded closer looks at these works.

Choisya ternata, or Mexican orange. Drought resistant and the flowers smell of fresh honey. Intoxicating scent! Just the right start to my day.

Simone Martini, and collaborators, created this seven panel polyptych for the church of San Domenico in Orvieto around 1320. Only these five panels have survived.
The central panel is a Madonna and Child. Some art historians believe that only the Madonna on the central panel was actually painted by Simone Martini. On the left are Saints Mary Magdalene, Dominic and Peter; and on the right is Saint Paul.
