My Photoshop skills were better on this image than my ability to operate a camera. On this day with this image. . . Not something I like to brag about, generally I prefer to get things right in camera, but there were a couple of us shooting and we had a very limited amount of smoke, so when my crop came up too tight on my best frame, I decided to fix it. The original frame cut half of her right hand off. I opted to go with an unconventionally long frame since I was already extending it...

Making those 3D design things by hand is for the birds.
Fotolia was having a pretty cool campaign during the year featuring all these designers and you could download their PSD for free. Didn't help ,much as I couldn't tell what they were doing really and I lack artistic and design talent but was cool seeing all the ideas. I dug Pulssarts design and said that concept would be perfect to finish my Modernistic inspired work which was really based a tutorial.
