My stepmum brought me a bunch of yellow roses, ones that had a number of blooms on each stem, when Anna was born, and they were far and away my favourite of all the bouquets I was sent or given. I often look for something similar in the shops, but haven't seen any that are good enough until Saturday just past. I parked outside a florist I never go to normally while Anna (now 11) went to the sweet shop, and noticed multi bloomed miniature yellow roses in a vase in there. I couldn't resist. They died very quickly, sadly, but not before I got a few pictures.

our swing set area is filled with pea stone. I have big hands, but not THAT big, so these qualify for miniature. And the whole area is nothing but rocky. I had looked all week for my Rocky Balboa trunks and gloves. Oh well, your loss.
Miniature Las Vegas! Next door is Miniature Florida with a launching space shuttle and tornado on the wall. Along with building details, the trains for each area are correct for that region of the world. The American trains do not appear in the other European rooms.

We visited 'Miniature World' in Victoria, BC, last year and took a lot of photos while there - i took most of them, and my little point & shoot held up pretty well in dark lit conditions through the crazy reflective glass! lol.
Anyhoo - I was amazed by the detail of the minis in there, and it was a blast to look around and take in all of the little scenes and views. Lovely!
