My first cupcakes in years!! The rainbow effect was done by dividing and coloring the cake batter with gel food coloring and adding small amounts of each to the mini cupcake cups. I made Vanilla Buttercream Frosting. Special thanks to Cyndi (IndulgeDesserts) and Glory (GloriousTreats) for recipes!

Place: Taichung
After I successfully completed my first semester in Taiwan I had a one week vacation, so I decided to visit Taichung and stayed there for 4,5 days, which resulted in almost 400 car spots. In terms of car spotting, Taichung is much more interesting than the capital.

Mini Clubman John Cooper Works 2018
Based on the BMW UKL2 platform. At the time of its debut, the Mini Clubman was the largest Mini ever manufactured by the brand, measuring 427 cm long and 180 cm wide. It abandons the previous model's asymmetrical door layout for a standard four-door design, but it retains the rear barn doors.
The top-of-the-line John Cooper Works version produces 170kW from the BMW B48A20 engine, and has the ALL4 four-wheel-drive system as standard. The sprint to 100km/h takes 6,3 s and top speed is 238 km/h.
