Was at the annual church retreat this weekend, so not a lot of time to create tonight. Bad lighting yet again! My apologies!!!
Does anybody else think this could use a few stitched leaves? Now that I'm returning to it after a night's sleep, I think it needs something. (Only bad thing about not getting to create stuff before Sunday - no time to let it incubate!)
5 shelves would *just* fit. Each shelf has 36 cubbies, so that will be 180 mini lalas, someday? I don't have that many yet. Shocking isn't it. I think though, that I will quit buying *every* mini release and just buy the ones I can't live without.
The mini-skirt is for me one of the favorite items of clothing. You can say it's a very old love of me.

This Volkswagon Bus has been shortened enough that the front & rear wheels are just over a foot apart. In talking with the Owner, he told me that he has had this VW for 25 years and it is, other than the shortening, all original. When asked by someone else if it would pop a wheelie, the answer was "yes" with a large smile on his face. The only problem was that the wheelie's routinely tears out the rear end. He also said that he is in the finishing stages of building another one. I got some contact info but don't think he's willing to part with even the second one...

My first try at a mini quilt. It is 8" by 8". The front is pinwheel blocks and the back is a one block wonky log cabin. It is machine quilted echoing the wonky logs on the back.
This was parked with a VI LP640, and as I walked up toward them, I had a mini spaz I was so excited lol. The F40 is such a crazy car.
Shooting with the 50mm can yield fantastic results and can also give you hell. So much fun though.

Back in 1966 a new TV drama appeared called 'Adam Adamant' starring Gerald Harper as the lead character, an Edwardian swashbuckling gentleman who was cryogenically frozen in 1902 and thawed out in Swinging London, aided by his trusty sidekick Georgina Jones (played by the lovely Juliet Harmer). To get the characters about town the producers gave them a fully modified and very posh Radford Mini Cooper S with the reg' number 'AA1000'. About ten years ago the car was found in a lock up garage in a bit of a state and restored by ace Mini bloke John Kelly, a short film about the car was included in the DVD release of the series a couple of years later with John being interviewed by Mark Gatiss. This is how the car looks now...
