Minis aren't something I know too much about but this one looked quite interesting given the two tone paint, it also had a pretty plush interior with leather seats and a wooden dash. The rear bootlid has a square plate inlet like on an Innocenti, does anyone know if this is some kind of special edition?
Mama duck has done a good job teaching her babies how to fend for themselves! When they catch sight of their prey they're like mini torpedos! Great fun watching them :) Taken at Clydach Lakes, Rhondda, South Wales
BMW introduced its first Mini and the next-gen product in 2001 and has continued to carry the Mini torch in a way that honours the brand’s legacy. In fact, Mini’s main plant remains in the same location in Oxford, England, as it has for the last 100-plus years. Other ICE Mini products are built at the VDL NedCar plant in the Netherlands centre of Born, in Graz, Austria, at the Magna Steyr plant

Compared to my previous design, I haven't really changed much. However, I extended the rear by one side plate and also added more detail in the front-mid section.

Revolution Mini-500 at the Wernigerode aviation museum.
This helicopter was sold as a assembly kit that could be assembeled with regular tools in 50 to 60 hours.
About 500 kits were sold of which circa 100 actually flew.
However engine problems and structural weaknesses caused many accidents.
Many owners made improvements to make it safer themselves.

I don't have many items left to use since it's pretty much packed away, but I did keep a few things out. Shizandra was playing buggy in the hall with Stu but didn't mind taking a little break to take part in today's challenge. I'm going to pack her little ears away today and she'll get a cookie soon as she's done playing!

I'm pretty sure it has ten inch wheels so would be an early British made example before the tooling went to Australia and they acquired bigger wheels.

My Minis, well most of them, there are some missing. All from the late sixties to mid seventies.
In front are two from Corgi, the blue Morris Mini Minor and the 1967 Monte-Carlo BMC Mini Cooper S. I think these are the oldest. Behind them in black and white is another Corgi, this one the Whizzwheels version of the BMC Mini Cooper S and facing that is probably the newest one, a bronze coloured Mini Clubman by Dinky from 1975. The next row is another Dinky, the green Morris Mini Traveller which is a bit smaller than the others and facing that another Dinky, the AA Mini Van. Next row up is a Dinky Police Austin Cooper S and a Dinky Mini Minor Automatic. At the top/back is a Corgi Mini Marcos GT850 (with "Take Off Wheels" and "Golden Jacks").
There is also a Mini Moke that should be in the picture but I can only find parts from it at the moment and somewhere there is a small Matchbox Racing Mini as well.
This came today for the True mini swap. I LOve it, it is so bright and fresh, and awsome piecing and quilting. 11x11 inches. Thanks Terrie.
